Found dairy creamers-128oz on all the dining room tables, that states on packaged must be refrigerated at 69.9 F. Also, found potentially hazardous foods inside prep cooler stated above, found Ham at 45.7 F approximately 15 lbs and Ground Sausage at 47.0 F approximately 5 lbs and Ssusage patties at 46.9 F approximately 3 lbs. Instructed manager that potentially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A). Manager voluntarily discarded and denatured. Value $50
