INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SO THAT THE HIGH TEMPERATURE DISH MACHINE FINAL RINSE GAUGE IS ADEQUATELY MEASURING THE TEMPERATURE OF THE FINAL RINSE OR REPLACE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-005.
