THE STAFF HAS AN ORDER SIGN, AND THE TOILET LEAKS IF FLUSHED. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR TOILET. OBSERVED 1 OF 2 HAND WASHING SINKS IN THE LEFT TOILET ROOM WITH NO HOT WATER. THE LEFT-HAND WASHING SINK HAS A MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 80 F. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE ALL HAND WASHING SINKS HAVE A MINIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 100 F.
