FIRST FLOOR RESIDENT DINING ROOM , OBSERVED RODENT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR, ON TOP THE SCREEN DOOR, FLOOR PANEL. ALSO INSIDE THE ICE MACHINE CLOSET. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF RODENT AND ROACHES. NEED TO SEAL ALL CRACKERS AND CREVICES THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN.NEED TO REPLACE MISSING CEILING THROUHGOUT THE PREMISES.
