ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY A 1 INCH IN DIAMETER HOLE IN THE BACK DOOR FRAME. NO PEST CONTROL LOG AVAILABLE DURING THE INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
