INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF PEST INFESTATION THROUGH OUT PREMISES. NOTED APPROXIMATELY 400+ MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS. NOTED 75 MICE DROPPINGS ON A LEDGE INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER DOOR, NOTED 100 DROPPINGS SCATTTERED INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALLS, ON TOP OF SHELVING RACKS, AND INSIDE FOOD CONTAINERS. NOTED 50 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR WHERE THE OVEN IS LOCATED IN THE REAR. NOTED OVER 100 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED IN THE DRY STORAGE ROOM/OFFICE. ALSO NOTED ANOTER 75 DROPPINGS ON THE LOWER SHELF OF THE UNUSED WALK IN FREEZER AND 50 INSIDE CHEMICAL STORAGE CLOSET. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DROPPINGS, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. PRIORITY VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020A
