ALSO OBSERVED WATER TEMPERATURE AT 55.1F AT HAND SINK IN WOMEN'S BATHROOM BREAKROOM 2ND FLOOR. OBSERVED IMPROPER WATER TEMPERATURE AT ALL HAND SINKS IN BOYS BATHROOM 2ND FLOOR RANGING FROM 85.0F. MINIMUM WATER TEMPERATURE AT HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE AT 100.0F OR ABOVE THROUGH A MIXING VALVE OR COMBINATION FAUCET. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-030(C). ENGINEER WAS ABLE TO RESTORE ALL HANDWASHING TEMPERATURE TO 103.7F-105.6F DURING INSPECTION.
