CUTTING BOARDS, FOOD HANDLERS, UTENSILS, ETC - Comments: OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE USE THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES WHILE TOUCHING UNCOVERED FOOD ITEMS (CHEESE, AND LETTUCE) AND TOUCH NON FOOD ITEMS(HANDLES OF UTENSILS AND A MARKER), THEN RETURN TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE AND CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. GLOVE USE IS REQUIRED WHEN TOUCHING UNCOVERED FOODS, WHEN THE TASK IS CHANGED HANDS MUST BE WASHED AND A NEW PAIR MUST BE USED BEFORE TOUCHING MORE UNCOVERED FOODS OR UTENSILS MUST BE USED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005(A).
