APPROXIMATLEY 200 RAT DROPPINGS OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS ON THE FLOOR: UNDERNEATH THE SHELVING UNITS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA IN THE BASEMENT, DRY STORAGE AREA IN THE BASEMENT, SURROUNDING THE STAND-ALONE FREEZER & COOKING EQUIPMENT ON THE SIDE OF THE WALK-IN COOLER, UNDER THE WAREWASHING SINK, UNDER THE MOP SINK ONTHE FIRST FLOOR, ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE STAIRCASE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. ON THE FLOOR IN THE DINING AREA, ACROSS FROM THE FOOD PREP AREA, UNDER THE WALL HEATERS, ALL EQUIPMENT, AND ON TOP OF A CHAIR. ALSO OBSERVED RAT DROPPINGS IN THE INSIDE OF THE OVENS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. APPROXIMATELY 5-6 ANTS WERE OBSERVED IN THE DINING AREA. INSTRUCTED ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), NO CITATION ISSUED
