NOTED APPROXIMATELY 40 SMALL RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS THROUGHOUT PREP... INSIDE PANTRY ON FLOOR UNDER SHELVING UNITS AND IN CORNERS, ON TOP OF STOVE, INSIDE DRAWERS, AND ON TOP OF BODILY FLUID SPILL KIT BIN STORED ON TOP OF COUNTERTOP. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL SAID AREAS. MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.
