SINKS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT SIZE TO PERMIT COMPLETE IMMERSION OF THE UTENSILS TO BE WASHED AND SANITIZED THEREIN. SINK SHALL BE PROPERLY TRAPPED AND COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE.
