Exposed hand sink not accessible, sink filled 1/2 way with water, blood, black bags and a lot of chicken feathers. Employee cleaned the said sink and paper provided upon my request. Exposed hand sink must be accessible at all time for hand washing. Critical Violation:7-38-030

Observed 20 mice droppings inside the furnace area across the mop sink, and at last shelf of front counter at selling area. Observed glue stick for flies hanging in different places of the premises included prep area. Instructed to remove droppings, rodent/insect proof door and remove fly glue sticks from prep area.
