IN THE GIRLS ANNEX BUILDING RESTROOM MUST ADJUST WATER FLOW SO AS TO LAST A MINIMUM OF 15 SECS AT ALL TIMES ON THE FIRST FLOOR. ON THE 2ND FLOOR GIRLS RESTROOM MUST REPAIR NON-WORKING PUSH HANDLE AT THE BRADLEY FOUNTAIN SINK( THE OTHER 2 ARE IN WORKING CONDITION).
