INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED 15 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR PAPER GOOD AND POTS & PANS STORAGE AREA(2-DOOR COOLER). ALSO NOTED A SMALL HOLE IN THE WALL WHERE MOST OF THE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND. NOTED 20 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERD ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY GOODS & CAN GOODS STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED PIC TO REMOVE AND DETAIL CLEAN AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-020(A).

NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN - Comments: MUST CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE 2 DOOR COOLER IN THE REAR TO REMOVE SPILLS.
