INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE TAPE AND CARDBOARD COVERING VENT IN HOOD IN REAR PREP ABOVE PREP TABLE, SURFACES OF VENT IN HOOD SHALL DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
