OUTER OPENINGS NOT PROTECTED OBSERVED 1/2" HOLES LEADING TO OUTSIDE VENTS IN FURNACE ROOMS AND FRONT DOOR NOT RODENT PROOFED 1/4' GAP ON BOTTOM OF DOOR. SEAL ALL OUTER OPENINGS ON VENTS AND DOORS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED
