Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.

Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

FOOD IN GOOD CONDITION, SAFE, & UNADULTERATED - Comments: OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION THE FOLLOWING ITEMS IN DRY STORAGE IN THE ANNEX BUILDING: OPEN BOTTLES OF KETCHUP, MUSTARD, AND BBQ SAUCE WITH MOLD-LIKE SUBSTANCE; INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD AND MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF PRODUCTS. #7-40-050(A) PERSON IN CHARGE DISCARDED PRODUCTS DURING INSPECTION.
