Observed employee touch clothes and hat and proceed to touch food without washing hands. Also observed employee handle ready to eat foods (egg sandwich) with bare hands. Instructed facility that employees must wash hands with soap and water at an exposed handsink at every possible point of contamination and that there is to be no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods.
