NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: Found mouse droppings on site in various areas: 30 in the rear area near the back door, 40 inside the walk in cooler, 30 in the rear prep area behind the coolers and along walls, 20 inside the side panel of the large oven, 10 in the middle prep area along the wall bases, and 10 in the front trash container receptacle located behind the front counter. Instructed facility to remove all pests and evidence, clean and sanitize affected areas, and maintain. Recommended to contact a licensed pest control provider for service. Serious violation 7-38-020.
