OBSERVED GARBAGE CONTAINERS OVERFLOWING WITH GARBAGE. ON FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BLACK GARBAGE BAGS ARE STORED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, SOME OF THE BAGS ARE BROKEN, FOOD LIQUID SPILLAGE ON CEMENT FLOOR AND NUMEROUS FLIES AND SMALL FLIES THROUGHOUT THE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE GARBAGE AND CLEAN FLOOR TO MINIMIZE INSECT ACTIVITIES. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-020.
