FOUND ORIGINAL WATER TANK HAD BEEN CORRECTED TO FIND AN ADDITIONAL ISSUE OCCURRING AT TIME OF INSPECTION. VALVE AT WATER HEATER IN POOR REPAIR CAUSING NON FOOD SERVICE AREA OF SCHOOL TO BE WITHOUT HOT WATER. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030 CITATION ISSUED. ADEQUATE NUMBER PROPERLY DESIGNED AND MAINTAINED.
