OBSERVED 3 DEAD MICE ON A GLUE TRAP IN THE WALK-IN COOLER MENTIONED ABOVE THAT IS TURNED OFF AND USED AS DRY STORAGE. INSTRUCTED STAFF THAT ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS REQUIRED AND EVERY DROPPING ON PREMISES MUST BE CLEANED AND THE FLOORS SHALL BE WASHED AND SANITIZED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
