INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL HAND WASHING FACILITIES MUST BE PROVIDED WITH PAPER TOWEL OR HAND DRYER DEVICE. MANAGER PROVIDED THE PAPER TOWEL DURING INSPECTION.
