INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED A 1/2 INCH GAP ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE LEFT FRONT DOOR, A 1/2 INCH GAP AT THE TOP OF THE RIGHT FRONT DOOR, A 1/2 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LEFT BACK EXIT DOOR, AND A 1/2 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK EXIT RIGHT DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO RODENT PROOF SET DOORS.

TOILET FACILITIES: PROPERLY CONSTRUCTED, SUPPLIED, & CLEANED - Comments: OBSERVED NO COVERED RECEPTACLES (WASTE CAN WITH LID) INSIDE UNISEX EMPLOYEE WASHROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE COVERED WASTE RECEPTACLE FOR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS.
