ONCE THE WATER IS TURNED ON AT FAUCETS(HANDWASHING,THREE COMPARTMENT SINK,ETC) FLOOR DRAINS OVERFLOWING(ONE FLOOR DRAIN IN THAT LOCATION,UNDER THE EXPOSED HANDSINKS. A PLUMBER WAS CALLED AT 11:50AM BY THE MANAGER.PROBLEM REPAIRED BY THE MANAGER AT 12:20PM. PRIORITY 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
