NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: Observed evidence of pest activity during inspection. Facility has about 50 rodent droppings on the floor bases throughout prep and bar area. Observed about 20 small flies near the soda lines. Observed about 15 small ants along floor bases in prep area. Must remove all pests and pest evidence, clean, sanitize and maintain areas. Facility advised to contact pest control provider for further service. Serious Violation # 7-38-020
