NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: FOUND GARAGE DOOR WITH OVER 1 INCH GAP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR AND FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR WITH I/4 OF AN INCH GAP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR ALSO FOUND EVIDENCE OF MICE DROPPINGS THROUGHOUT THE GARAGE AND STORAGE ROOM ALONG THE WALL BASE ALL CORNER APPROXIMATELY OVER 40 TOTAL. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE DROPPINGS, CLEAN THE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE ADDITIONAL INSPECTION BY THE PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN. ALSO MUST RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED THE DOORS SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
