INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 15 RODENT(MICE) DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE GALLON WATER STORAGE RACK AND AT REAR CLUTTERED STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS FROM AFFECTED AREAS AND DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
