OBSERVED GARBAGE AND LITTER ON THE GROUND INSIDE OF THE FENCED IN ENCLOSURE. ALSO, OBSERVED GARBAGE OVERFLOWING OVER THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER SO THAT THE LIDS CANNOT BE CLOSED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE GARBAGE AREA AND MAINTAIN ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUP SO THAT GARBAGE DOES NOT OVERFLOW OVER THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTER. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
