ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: 5-202.12(A) OBSERVED THE HANDWASHING SINKS LOCATED IN THE EMPLOYEES TOILET ROOM AND THE GIRLS AND BOYS TOILET ROOMS NOT MAINTAINING 100F, DURING THE INSPECTION THE TEMPERATURE OF SAID HAND WASHING SINKS WAS 77F. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SO THAT THE HAND WASHING SINKS IN ALL TOILET ROOMS MAINTAINS 100F AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
