PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED. ON 7-5-2024 ICE MACHINE WAS CLEANED AND SANITIZED BY A TECHNICIAN FROM "CORE MECHANICAL INC." SERVICE REPORT ON SITE.
