AT LATER TIME EMPLOYEE PROVIDE SAID PAPER. PAPER TOWEL MUST BE MUST BE KEPT AT SAID SINK AT ALL TIMES FOR PROPER HANDWASHING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION:7-38-030(C)
