HOT WATER TEMPERATURES WERE BETWEEN 66-87F. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER ABOVE 100F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
