VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED - Comments: Observed the kitchen three compartment sink attached garbage disposal not functioning and omitting a foul smelling odor. Instructed facility to remove or repair and maintain. Observed multiple washroom issues throughout building: two of the three washbowl sinks in the third floor girls washroom in the old building to be out of order, the urinal in the third floor boys washroom in the new building is not flushing, in the washroom near room 109 a hand dryer is not functioning, and an out of order sink in the girls washroom near room 101. Instructed facility to repair all and maintain (adequate sinks, toilets, and drying devices adjacent).
