ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH HAND-CLEANING LIQUID AT ALL TIMES.7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED. THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
