WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE - Comments: OBSERVED HOT WATER TEMPERATURES RANGING FROM 48.0F-68.0F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCETS, EXPOSED HAND SINKS IN KITCHEN AND WASH BOWLS IN KITCHEN FACULTY WASH ROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN HOT WATER TEMPERATURES AT 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK FAUCETS AND AT 85F AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES. ENGINEER AND FACILITIES MANAGER WERE ABLE TO RESTORE THE HOT WATER AT SAID HANDSINKS AND AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK DURING THE INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
