OBSERVED EMPLOYEE TOUCHING NON-FOOD SURFACE SUCH AS: EQUIPMENTS,OPENED THE SCREEN DOOR FOR THE DELIVERY ,THAN STOOD AT THE DOOR WITH HIS HANDS ON TOP THE FRAME DOOR ,THEN WHEN BACK TO THE STATION AND WITH BARE HANDS START TO SLICE BREAD,NO HAND WASHING NO GLOVED HANDS.SAME EMPLOYEE SHOWED ME THE WOUND ON HIS LEG BY RAISING HIS LEG PANTS,PULLED DOWN HIS SOCK AND SHOWED ME THE COVER WOUND, AND WITHOUT WASHING HANDS WENT BACK TO THE WORKING STATION AND WAS READY TO PREP ,I STOPPED HIM AND INSTRUCTED TO WASH HIS HAND PRIOR TO RETURN TO FOOD STATION.HAND WASHING INFORMATION GIVEN.NO BARE CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOOD.
