INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE FOOD ITEMS FROM FREEZER, SAND THE CEILING TO REMOVE CHIPPED PAINT, AND RESURFACE THE CEILING TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE. SERIOUS VIOLATION, NO CITATION ISSUED
