TEMPERATURE OF WATER WAS 68.0 F AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT (100F) AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C), NO CITATION ISSUED.
