OBSERVED WATER AND TEA PITCHERS BEING STORED ON THE BAR CLOSE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND PITCHERS OF WATER AND TEA BEING STORED BY THE ESPRESSO MACHINE LOCATED IN THE CUSTOMER SITTING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A TOP FOR THE PITCHERS OF TEA AND WATER OR STORE IN A PLACE WHERE POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION BY CUSTOMERS IS ELIMINATED. MANAGER CORRECTED SAID VIOLATIONS DURING THE INSPECTION.
