MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, SEAL UP ANY OPENING IN FLOORS, WALLS, AND CEILINGS, RE-ORGANIZE ENTIRE AREA BY ELIMINATING ALL CLUTTER AND REQUEST ADDITIONAL VISIT FROM PEST CONTROL COMPANY(FOR BOTH THE KITCHEN AND BOILER ROOM AREAS).
