THE SEALED FOOD CONTAINERS WERE SANITIZED WITH A 200 PPM SOLUTION OF QUATERNARY AMMONIA AT THIS TIME. THE COOLER IS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION UNTIL REPAIRED AND REINSPECTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. THE CHILDREN IN PRE-K ROOM # 101 WERE OBSERVED BEING FED IN THE CLASS ROOM WITH RUSTY METAL UTENSILS (SPOONS/FORKS) THE TEACHER WAS INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD SAID UTENSILS AT THIS TIME. THE PRINCIPLE, CHARTWELLS SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER AND CDPH SUPERVISOR WERE NOTIFIED. ANY MULTI-USE FOOD SERVING UTENSIL OR TOOL USED FOR FOOD PREPARATION OR CONSUMPTION MUST BE SMOOTH, SANITARY, FREE FROM DEFECTS AND BE WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED AFTER EVERY USE.
