WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE - Comments: Observed no hot water at multiple sinks throughout facility: at the kitchen exposed hand sink, at the washrooms for kitchen staff, and at washrooms throughout building for children and staff. Maximum temperature reached 67.2f. Instructed facility to correct and maintain hand washing sinks with hot water at at least 85.0f. Critical violation 7-38-030.
