ALL FOOD ITEMS SHOULD BE PREPACKAGED WITH NO PREPARATION. REINSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON 12-13-12. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED. EVIDENCE OF RODENT INFESTATION.
