OBSERVED 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE STORAGE BOXES IN THE DISHROOM, OBSERVED 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE STAINLESS STEEL COUNTER NEXT TO THE DISHMACHINE, 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND FLOOR MIXERS UNDERNEATH THE DISHMACHINE, 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS UNDERNEATH THE CASH REGISTER AND 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE CASH REGISTER, 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF ROOM 420, 40 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE SHELVING UNITS OF THE 4TH FLOOR STORAGE ROOM, 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE 4TH FLOOR JANITOR'S CLOSET NEXT TO THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM, 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF ROOM 416, 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF ROOM 410, 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE 4TH FLOOR JANITOR'S CLOSET NEXT TO THE MEN'S WASHROOM, 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF ROOM 306. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM THE CLASSROOMS THROUGHOUT. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020.
