NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT INFESTATION, NO BIRDS, TURTLES OR OTHER ANIMALS - Comments: STILL OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE CLASSROOMS. OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN ROOM 314 WITH RODENT DROPPINGS: 5 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE BACK CAVITY OF THE REFRIGERATOR, 5 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE CABINET, 40 DROPPINGS BEHIND THE SHELVING UNIT AND UNDER THE UNUSED HANDSINK. OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING AREAS WITH MOUSE DROPPINGS: ROOM 212 HAD 50 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALLS, ROOM 209 HAD 20 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE DESK AND AROUND THE CORNERS, ROOM 210 HAD 20 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AGAINST THE WALLS AND CORNERS, ROOM 108 HAD 10 DROPPINGS ON THE TEACHER'S DESK AND 10 DROPPINGS ON THE CABINET NEXT TO THE DOOR, 20 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT STORAGE AND MAIN ROOMS. ALSO, OBSERVED 10 LIVE ANTS ON THE FLOOR OF THE LUNCHROOM. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM THE CLASSROOMS THROUGHOUT. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020.
