THE FOLLOWING FOOD ITEMS WERE FOUND IN PREP AREAS AND NOT IN COLD HOLDING UNITS: CHICKEN, HARD-BOILED EGGS, AND KIMCHI. ALL MENTIONED FOOD ITEMS TEMEPERATURES RANGED 46.5F-77.0F.
