NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED PEST ACTIVITY ON PREMISES AT TIME OF INSPECTION: FOUND APPROXIMATELY 250 DROPPINGS IN THE BASEMENT ON AND UNDER THE PLYWOOD PLATFORM WHERE DRY FOOD IS STORED, BEHIND THE DEEP FREEZERS, UNDER STORAGE RACKS, UNDER DRY FOOD STORAGE RACKS AND ALONG THE WALLS. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 DROPPINGS IN THE CORNER AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS THAT LEAD DOWN TO THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL SERVICE TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE ACTIVITY. ALL DROPPINGS MUST BE REMOVED, THE FLOORS MUST BE DETAIL CLEANED, AND SANITIZED. THERE SHALL BE NO PEST ACTIVITY OBSERVED ON PREMISES DURING NEXT INSPECTION. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
