LIGHT VISIBLE IN BOTH CORNERS OF THE DOOR DUE TO THE ATTACHED DOOR SWEEP BEING WORN FROM THE INSIDE OF THE DOOR AND THE DOOR SWEEP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR IS ONLY HALF ON. MUST RODENT PROOF THE DOOR TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 ISSUED.
