INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE NOTED AREAS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL TO ELIMINIATE THE ACTIVITY AND PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A PEST CONTROL LOG AT THE FACILITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020
